We have packages for every age group. Toddler Tag is designed for ages 4–9 — simple rules, lighter guns, and a relaxed free-for-all format. Blitz Tag is perfect for ages 10 and up with real game modes like Capture the Flag and Base Defense. Arena Tag works for any age mix and is sized for bigger crowds and public events. If you're unsure which fits best, just send us a message and we'll help you pick.
A typical backyard works great for Toddler Tag and Blitz Tag. We recommend at least a 40×40 ft open area for the smaller packages and 60×60 ft or more for Arena Tag. Indoor spaces like gyms, warehouses, or large halls work too — we've done both. We'll confirm the space with you when we call to finalize your booking.
Yes — the guns work in both settings. Outdoors is the most popular since it gives players room to run and use cover. Indoors works well in gyms, halls, or large open spaces too. We don't have a permanent indoor venue of our own, but if you'd prefer to play inside, let us know when you book and we'll try to help you find a suitable option. The guns use infrared signals (not lasers), so bright sunlight can reduce sensor range slightly — but in most outdoor conditions it plays perfectly.
Safety first — we won't run events during lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather. If weather forces a cancellation, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. We do not issue refunds for weather, but we will always make sure you get your event. We'll monitor the forecast and reach out the day before if there's a concern.
Everything you need to play: all guns, vests, arena props (cones, flag poles, base markers depending on package), setup and teardown by us, and a game host on-site to run the sessions and explain the rules. You don't need to bring or buy anything. Just show up and play.
We ask for at least 72 hours notice so we have time to confirm your location, travel, and prep the gear. Weekend slots — especially Saturdays — book fast, so the earlier the better. You lock in your date at checkout, and we'll confirm everything by phone closer to your event.
Player counts depend on the package: Toddler Tag supports up to 12 players at a time, Blitz Tag up to 16, and Arena Tag up to 20. Players can rotate in and out between rounds, so larger groups can take turns. If you need more simultaneous players, contact us — we may be able to accommodate.
Nope. We bring everything. Players should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes — they'll be running around. The gear is safe for all ages and doesn't require any protective equipment beyond what we provide.
We're based in Broussard and primarily serve the Acadiana area. Travel beyond that range may still be possible — we charge a small fuel fee of $0.20 per mile over the first 50 miles to help cover the drive. You'll see the estimated fee before you check out when you enter your zip code. For longer trips or locations outside the area, reach out first and we'll confirm whether we can make it work.
Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, but the short version: full refund if you cancel 7+ days out, 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours, and no refund inside 48 hours. Rescheduling is free with 48+ hours notice, or $50 if less than 48 hours (free if it's due to severe weather). If you paid by card and have a concern, please contact us directly before filing a dispute — we respond within 48 hours and will always try to work it out.
