Blitz Tag LLC is a mobile laser tag event company based in Broussard, Louisiana. We operate at blitztagla.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.

Information We Collect
When you book an event, Stripe collects on our behalf:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Payment card details (Stripe stores these — we never see your raw card number)
We also collect the event details you enter in our booking form: your preferred date, time, zip code, and any notes you provide.
When you join our email list, Mailchimp collects your email address.
Automatically, our analytics provider (Google Analytics) collects standard usage data: pages visited, time on site, general location (city/region level), and device type. No personally identifiable information is included.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your booking — we use your name, phone, and email to confirm your event, coordinate logistics, and follow up before your party date.
- To charge for services — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
- To send booking confirmations and receipts — Stripe sends these automatically to the email you provide.
- To send launch and booking updates (email list only) — only if you opted in via our waitlist form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the site — aggregated analytics data helps us understand how people find and use the site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Mailchimp — email list management. Used only for subscribers who opted in. Mailchimp Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics — site usage analytics. Data is anonymized and aggregated. Google Privacy Policy
- Netlify — website hosting. Netlify may log standard server request data (IP address, user agent) as part of normal hosting operations. Netlify Privacy Policy
Data Retention
Booking records (name, email, phone, event details) are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the booking and handle any follow-up inquiries, and for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes.
Payment records are retained by Stripe per their own data retention policies.
Email list subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe.
Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Removal from our email list (use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly)

Cookies
Our site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics for anonymous usage tracking. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the site.
Children's Privacy
Our booking services are intended for adults (parents and event organizers). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about child attendees (age range, group size) may be included in booking notes, but this information is used solely for event coordination.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
